FitHive is a fully private gym with a reservation-only system. From the moment you arrive until your training ends, you won’t meet anyone except your trainer.

Steps for a Free Trial

  1. STEP 01

    Trial Training Reservation

    Please select your preferred date and time for the trial training using the reservation form below.
    The session will take approximately 70 minutes, including time for changing clothes.
    Trial trainings are completely free of charge, so feel free to make a reservation!

  2. STEP 02

    Consultation, Body Composition Analysis, and Training Overview

    You will change into comfortable workout attire and we will discuss your daily exercise habits, diet, and goals.
    After the training session, we will provide advice on future exercise and diet based on your body composition results.
    *Workout wear and shoes are available for free rental. You can come empty-handed, even after work!

  3. STEP 03

    Membership Enrollment & App Introduction

    If you are satisfied with the trial training, please consider joining as a member.
    We will also explain how to use the FitHive app to book your trainings.

Directions from Honmachi Station Exit to the Gym

  • The nearest station is "Osaka Metro Midosuji Line / Chuo Line / Yotsubashi Line Honmachi Station Exit 24".
  • After exiting Exit 24 of Honmachi Station, you will see "FamilyMart Nishihonmachi Store" on your right. Continue straight ahead.
  • Pass by "Hanko Hiroba Nishihonmachi Store (Eight Building Nishihonmachi)".
  • Turn right at the third intersection, where you will see the "Sanki Building" with a blue awning and the "Eslead Nishihonmachi Building" on your right.
  • Continue straight until you reach the end, where you will see "Shinko-san Building" in front of you and "Times Nishihonmachi No. 14 Parking Lot" on your left.
  • FIT HIVE is located on the 7th floor of the building to the right of "Times Nishihonmachi No. 14 Parking Lot".
  • When you arrive, please press 701 on the intercom. Each floor is occupied by a single unit.
