Timing of payment

Monthly Membership: Payments are processed on the 20th of each month (or the day after registration for enrollments between the 20th and the end of the month).
Online Orders: At the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery period of the product

If the customer specifies a delivery date, the product will arrive on that date. If no delivery date is specified, the product will be shipped within two business days after payment confirmation.

Returns and exchanges

If products are damaged or soiled during delivery, if the delivered product differs from the order, or if there are other reasons attributable to us, we will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: The customer must contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. The product must be returned within the deadline specified by us.
We will only accept returns or exchanges due to the customer’s convenience if approved by us. In such cases, the customer will bear all associated costs.

About cancellations

Monthly Membership:
You can cancel your membership either via the app or by notifying us at the store. Requests made by the 19th of the month will be effective for the current month. Requests made on or after the 20th will be effective at the end of the following month.
After cancellation, membership fees for subsequent months and facility usage will be unavailable. No refunds will be provided for mid-term cancellations.
Online Services:
Paid fees, including admission fees, are non-refundable. For online shop users, order cancellations are only possible under the following conditions:

• The shipment preparation has not yet started.
• The customer has completed our designated cancellation process.
• The order does not include any products designated as “non-cancellable” by us.
