Steps for a Free Trial
If this is your first time, please start with a free trial to experience what personal training is like.
After counseling and body composition measurement, you can try the same training menu as our members to get a good idea of what personal training involves.
We provide wear, shoes, towels, and mineral water free of charge, so feel free to come empty-handed.
Free Counseling (30 minutes)

You can also book just the counseling session.
We measure body composition and discuss your lifestyle and goals, then provide personalized exercise advice.
Depending on availability, you may also proceed directly to a training session after the counseling.

Steps for a Free Trial

Trial Training Reservation
Please select your preferred date and time for the trial training using the reservation form below.
The session will take approximately 70 minutes, including time for changing clothes.
Trial trainings are completely free of charge, so feel free to make a reservation! - STEP 02
Consultation, Body Composition Analysis, and Training Overview
You will change into comfortable workout attire and we will discuss your daily exercise habits, diet, and goals.
After the training session, we will provide advice on future exercise and diet based on your body composition results.
*Workout wear and shoes are available for free rental. You can come empty-handed, even after work! - STEP 03
Membership Enrollment & App Introduction
If you are satisfied with the trial training, please consider joining as a member.
We will also explain how to use the FIT HIVE app to book your trainings.

- Can I cancel my plan at any time? Are there any cancellation fees?

At FITHIVE, if you notify your trainer by the 15th of the month, you can cancel your plan for the following month.
There are no cancellation fees. You can use the service on a monthly basis, though we recommend continuing for at least three months to achieve your goals.
- Are there any additional fees besides the monthly fee?

Rental workout wear, mineral water, and post-workout protein are all provided free of charge. There are no additional costs, so you can rest assured.
- Is the diet very strict?

Excessively strict dieting can break down muscles and lead to a slower metabolism, making it easier to gain fat and harder to lose weight.
That said, some dietary control is necessary. Instead of simply reducing the amount you eat, we focus on what you eat. With a mindful, stress-free approach, healthy dieting is achievable.
