Terms of Service

Article 1: General Provisions

All users of the services provided by the personal training gym FITHIVE, as well as the gym owners and trainers, must comply with all the conditions outlined in these terms.
Users will not be able to receive services unless they comply with these terms.
In the event of a violation, appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with these terms.
Furthermore, by reading and confirming agreement to these terms and then using the services, users are deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to these terms.

Article 2: Protection of Personal Information

FITHIVE respects the privacy of its users.
Users' personal information will be appropriately handled in accordance with the items specified in the Privacy Policy.
To securely manage the information collected for service provision, FITHIVE will pay the utmost attention to security.

Article 3: Membership System

FITHIVE operates on a membership system, and users must enter into a contract at each store upon joining to receive personal training based on the selected plan.
The contract period will automatically renew each month until the user completes the withdrawal process.
The following individuals are not eligible to join, and if it is discovered after joining that the individual does not meet membership qualifications, they may be unilaterally withdrawn for violating the terms:

1. Those who do not comply with the Terms of Service
2. Those prohibited from exercising by a physician, etc.
3. Those who lack the dignity or social credibility suitable for membership
4. Individuals affiliated with organized crime or habitual drug users
5. Those who have previously violated these terms and withdrawn

Fees such as paid admission fees, monthly fees, and other charges will not be refunded as a general rule.
For plan changes or withdrawals, members must submit their request through the app by the 20th or inform their assigned store trainer of their desired changes.

Article 4: Reservation System

As a general rule, reservations should be made through the official app. If you are unable to use the app due to certain circumstances, please inform us via the store's official LINE account.
Monthly plan tickets can only be used within the corresponding month. Tickets cannot be carried over to the following month, and no refunds will be issued for unused tickets. Please ensure to use them within the current month.
For reservation cancellations, cancellations are valid up to 6 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period will not return the ticket. For cancellations or changes, please process them through the official app.

Article 5: Closing Conditions

If the following circumstances occur, there is a possibility of closing the store:
When renovations, repairs, or relocation of the store take place
When significant managerial reasons arise

Article 6: Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, floods, strikes, or epidemics, there shall be no responsibility to fulfill the obligations of these terms, nor any liability for delays in performance.

Article 7: Compensation for Damages

FITHIVE shall not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents incurred by members during the use of its services, as these are the responsibility of the individual members.
However, if it is objectively and reasonably determined that the damage is clearly attributable to FITHIVE, appropriate measures will be taken to address the damages.

Article 8: Amendment of Terms

If changes to the terms are deemed necessary, FITHIVE may amend these terms or matters related to its operations and management.
When implementing revisions, users will be notified via the official FITHIVE website or the store's official LINE account. The revised terms will take effect one week after the notification has been issued.
