What motivated you to start training, and what kind of body did you aim for?

I’ve been overweight since childhood and always carried a deep sense of insecurity about my body.

I tried dieting on my own many times, but it never worked — I’d lose weight and gain it all back.
Eventually, I realized I needed professional help. My goal wasn’t just to lose weight, but to build a body that could truly move and perform well.

What changes or results did you notice after starting your training at FIT HIVE?

I realized that when you train with a coach who truly understands the human body, you can achieve your ideal physique effectively and safely. The process felt structured and purposeful — completely different from what I’d done on my own.

Did you find the training or diet guidance difficult to follow?

Not at all!

In fact, I’m surprised that I was able to efficiently achieve the body and weight I was aiming for.

Under Coach Yasuda’s guidance, I didn’t have to follow any extreme diet. Instead, we focused on controlling PFC balance, calorie intake, and blood sugar levels, which made the process both effective and enjoyable.

What stood out to you the most about the training sessions?

Since my goal was to have a more functional body, we started every session with thorough stretching and core training.
Over time, I could really feel my body moving more smoothly and efficiently.

The program was perfectly tailored to my goals, which made training both satisfying and fun.

What are your future goals, and do you have a message for those considering a personal gym?

Even someone like me, who kept failing at self-guided dieting, was able to see results in such a short period thanks to proper coaching and support.

My next goal is to maintain this weight and build more muscle. I plan to continue training with Coach Yasuda to keep improving.
