What motivated you to start training, and what kind of body were you aiming for?
I happened to look back at old photos, and I was genuinely shocked by how much my body had changed.
That was my wake-up call, and I decided that if I was going to train, I didn’t want to get bulky, but rather build a supple, agile body like I used to have. That’s when I started weight training.
You initially trained on your own. At what point did you feel you hit a wall?
I tried my best, experimenting with my own training methods and restricting my calorie intake, but I didn’t know the “right answer.” I started thinking, “I can’t just keep going without knowing if I’m doing this correctly,” and that’s when I decided to get personal training.
There’s so much information online, but I couldn’t figure out what was truly right for me, and I felt like I was being very inefficient.
Out of the many personal gyms in Osaka, why did you choose FIT HIVE?
While considering several gyms, I met Trainer Yasuda.
I spoke to him about my concerns, such as “Is it possible to lose fat while gaining muscle?” He immediately responded with, “I will support you every step of the way!” I trusted his sincere attitude and commitment to addressing my worries, so I decided to sign up.
What was your most surprising or impressive discovery after starting personal training?

After continuing your training, how do you feel about your current physical changes and progress?
Thanks to the one-on-one guidance, I feel a definite sense of progress.
I’ve learned how to use my body in ways I never realized when training alone. I truly feel I am getting closer to my goal of having a “supple and agile” body.
