Thorough form correction for exercises like Bench Press (BP) helped prevent injury and led to a significant weight increase (+12.5kg).
Based on their requests, we focused on upper body training, specifically targeting and isolating the shoulders (medial) and arms (triceps, short head), and introduced new exercises like the Deadlift.
