When can I start training after giving birth?

As long as you have your doctor’s permission, you can start after your 1-month checkup.

Is there an age limit for children? How many can I bring?

There is no age restriction; however, please note that we do not have childcare facilities on the premises. Thank you for your understanding.
Siblings are welcome to accompany as well. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Is there a kids’ space or toys?

While we don’t have a dedicated “zone,” since it is a completely private room, you are free to bring any toys your child likes.
