Who We're Looking For
- Someone who is motivated to grow and willing to continuously study and improve
- Someone with strong communication skills
- Someone responsible and able to manage a studio independently
- Someone with training experience (coaching experience is a plus)
This is a full-time position, not a freelance/contract role.
If you currently work only when clients request you, or if you're at a gym
where the income is low or the employment is unstable (such as part-time work),
and you want a stable full-time career with benefits, we encourage you to

My personal motto, which is also our company philosophy, is:
“Enjoy everything with full effort.”
I believe emotions are contagious — joy, excitement, and even
frustration.
When I enjoy my life to the fullest, that
enjoyment naturally spreads to the people around me.
Wonder Palette Co., Ltd. was founded to turn that “fun” into a
business.
We took on new challenges such as wholesaling
products we had never dealt with before, negotiating directly with
manufacturers, and seeing those products reach customers and line
store shelves. Watching people pick them up with a smile — that
moment is pure joy.
Our gym is fully private, but when I see trainers and clients laughing together, I feel genuinely happy that we’ve created such a positive environment.
To truly enjoy life, we never compromise on time or effort.

FAQ
- Can I apply without experience?
- Yes. As long as you have at least 1 year of experience using a power rack or Smith machine, and you genuinely enjoy your own growth as well as helping clients transform, you are welcome to apply.
- Do I need to have professional certifications?
- No. Certifications are not required, and we also provide support for obtaining them if desired.
- Can I visit the facility before applying?
- Yes, facility tours are welcome.
- Can I work if I have tattoos?
- Yes. Our gym is tattoo-friendly.
- What level of Japanese is required?
- Most of our clients are Japanese, so a Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N1 is required.
